However, the nature in the UNESCO Biosphere Park Carinthian Nockberge unfolds its splendor the more colorful! As far as the eye can see, a sea of red blossoms spreads out over the wide slopes of the gentle Nockberge mountains. It is the time of the alpine rose blossom, which makes your eyes sink into a true sensory intoxication. And that is probably why the locals call the alpine rose &#8220;Almrausch&#8221;. A natural spectacle that you must have seen! As trekking experts, we are familiar with a similarly magnificent blooming mountain landscape only with the rhododendron blossom in the Himalayas.
