Overview:
Hiking the Nockberge-Trail is in itself the ideal form for sustainable travel: You have chosen a local destination without air travel, hike from one place to another using only your own muscle power, follow signposted trails in the middle of a UNESCO Biosphere reserve and enjoy the culinary delights based on local production. But if you want to do even more in times of the global climate crisis and want to combine the pleasant with the useful, our “Green Spirit” offer is the right choice for you. The “Green Spirit” package involves a climate-friendly train arrival (not included in the all-inclusive price; but our team in the Booking Center will be happy to organize it for you individually) and the necessary Mobility Service. Upon your arrival, our shuttle will be waiting for you at the IC/EC station of your choice (Spittal-Millstätter See or Villach). At the end of your hiking tour we will bring you back for your train ride home. A journey that really does justice to our responsibility for the future in times of the global climate crisis and, moreover, makes it especially stress-free. Now you only need to make your choice, because with the extension of the Nockberge-Trail you can easily put your “green” hiking trip into 2 one-week packages.
